how to post pictures?

I am trying to find out how to post pictures, I looked up topics about it and nothing makes sense to me someone please walk me through this

place a linke between "["img"]" link to a picture here "["/img"]" without these quote marks, just added them to make img enclosed with square brackets visible

Your brackets are good. The web link is incorrect. It should be a direct link to a pic and should end with an image file name like: TIF, JPEG, PNG, GIF. Just to name a few.

Also, you can always quote someone else's post to see how they did theirs.
