place a linke between "["img"]" link to a picture here "["/img"]" without these quote marks, just added them to make img enclosed with square brackets visible0

You can use thumb tacks on a cork board. That generally works.

Just thought I'd give this a try:]
Your brackets are good. The web link is incorrect. It should be a direct link to a pic and should end with an image file name like: TIF, JPEG, PNG, GIF. Just to name a few.
Also, you can always quote someone else's post to see how they did theirs.0 -
Trying to get this photo thing.
After clicking the link to the tutorial (and reading it), making the proper img adjustments, here you have it.
What 28 grams (approx 1 oz) of Hershey's kisses look like. Just for fun, of course0 -
Sweet! Thanks! I saw what they did, I wasn't paying attention to the image link though.0

I just tried to quote then copy someone's "[img]" tags with their link into my blog and it still doesn't work. Can someone look at it and tell me what I did wrong? http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/HWeatherholt/view/a-quick-review-of-my-time-on-myfitnesspal-part-2-665907[/img]0

First, you need to find a picture. Usually, if you like a picture, right click on top of the picture and open it in a new window. On top you will find the "URL" which shows the address of the picture. Notice how in this picture you can see in the end it says .gif. This is a "gif". Some other says to tell a picture is if it ends with .jpg, .jpeg etc.
Now, you simply right click on the url and highlight that entire area and right click and copy it.
Then, finally you come back to MFP and right click and paste the url. At the start and end of the url you type [ img] and [ /img]. Like this
And tadaaa!
Here is the result

Here's what worked for me.
Signed up for a flickr account. Uploaded the pics I wanted to save. After uploading them click on the photos to view them full view On that page click the "share" button. There will be an option for "bb code" copy and paste that on the boards.
Hope this helps!0 -
