    It's still "processed"

If you want fresh, you have to grow it yourself and pick them out of the ground..

The same way avocados and olives are so high in fat even though they are healthy. All brussel sprouts have sodium, granted they only have around 20g per serving. Be careful with Bird's eye, though. Their mixed veggies have FAT in them. FAT in "FRESH VEGGIES". It's part of the processed food like I guess :/

Even unprocessed foods can have sodium. Lots of vegetables do. Carrots, Celery etc....not usually a whole LOT, but it's there

Fresh fruits and veggies have naturally occurring sodium content, and usually at least a little fat as well.

Sodium is a nutrient, found in the ground and water. Vegetables grow in the ground and grow with water, therefore they will absorb some of those nutrients. Simple science, really.

More importantly why does it matter? Do you have high blood pressure or some medical reason to watch sodium?

    20mg I hope!

Just looked up their mixed vegetables. 0.47g of fat per serving. I'm thinking it is just naturally occurring fat - that's hardly anything.
