Afraid I'm Not Eating Enough

I'm barely 5'0 and MFP has given me a goal of 1200 calories a day (which will apparently yield 0.8lb loss per week as anything higher requires dipping under the healthy amount. My issue is that I was easily eating over 1200 calories a day before and not choosing the healthy options. However, I wasn't eating all that frequently. In changing to lower calorie options, I'm finding myself full at around 1000-1300 calories. On days when I go for long walks or hike, MFP wants me to eat another 200-400 calories. I usually note this around 6PM after I've eaten dinner and eating more feels really forced and makes me uncomfortable.
I'm worried that I'm not eating enough but my body doesn't want to eat as often or as much in one sitting. I haven't started feeling tired or lethargic yet and I used to net about the same when I wrestled in high school at around 51kg without feeling poorly.
I'm 21, 5'0, female, and currently at ~133lbs. I sit on my *kitten* most of the day and have a fitbit that's motivating me to walk more.
1) How worried should I be that I'm only able to net 1100 most days?
2) Are there any particular kinds of foods that are less filling but good nutritionally to make up the difference?

At your weight, you should try to lose a half pound a week at most. You are in a healthy weight range already, so you might even want to just work on body comp instead of weight loss.
Additionally, you need to be eating more, especially if you are active. Add in more calorie-dense foods like nuts, beans, cake, etc.

I don't think it's something to be worried about at this point. But if you can eat more, why not?
You could enjoy a yummy dessert a couple of times a week or just eat a few tablespoons of peanut butter. Another option would be to eat full fat dairy. You don't have to choose the healthier option all the time.0 -
Alas, I'm lactose intolerant. Perhaps I can have some soy lattes once in awhile instead of my usual black coffee though.
Thanks for the advice!0 -

Nuts are a great idea. Maybe I'll pick up some almonds for snacking through out the school day. Thanks!0
