resistance band?

I bought a workout video that you use a resistance band with..what would you post that under? I didn't see anything for resistance bands on here! Thanks!! :D -Katie

    Yu are going to have to add it to your data base. Create a file for it and use a HM to find out youir calores lost.

    A resistance band is just another way to do strength training, so I'd log in in here as that. If you're alternating the strength and cardio, do circuit training.
