My breakfast usually consists of around 10-15 grams of fiber, as well as lunch with dinner around 5-10. Is this too much?

You should get at least 25 grams/day through food. Though dramatically upping your intake can cause constipation.0

Your poop must be transcendent.0

Just make sure you're drinking lots of fluids, too - fiber needs water to do its job.0
