Hi Everyone!

My name is Sophie, i'm 21 and i'm from England, United Kingdom, currently training to become a nurse. I have been on here for a few months but I haven't really took it seriously, my weight has crawled up since January and i have put on just over a stone which has really got me down. I'm going to try and lose just over a stone if i can :laugh: .

I'm looking to make some friends on here so feel free to introduce yourself and add me as a friend! :smile:
