Healthy Simple Lunch for Work/School

Hi everyone!
Now, I know this post isn't anything amazing, but it's basically a healthy lunch for those at work and its easy on the wallet!

At the moment I'm loving ham, cheese and tomato salad and I'm not really a fan of salads as I find them bland and they don't fill me up! but this one is the complete opposite! For this you'll need:

Spinach 40g
Sun-dried tomatoes 35g
Wiltshire cured ham 2 slices
Leerdammer Light Cheese Slices 2 Slices

If you cant get these ingredients, they can be substituted!

I don't really think directions are needed for the next part as it is simply a matter of cutting things up to how you like them then mixing it together to make a yummy salad. I like to shred the ham with my hands, slice the cheese into thin strips and cut the tomatoes into strips :)
