Protein drinks/bars - breakfast?

Good morning - so I work from home, but I usually start working around 3-4 in the morning. I have to be extremely quiet, so other than drinking a couple of cups of black coffee, I end up not eating until close to 7 when everyone else is getting up and I can make noise.
I'm hungry by this point! I've tried small yogurts or small bars so that I can just have sometime to hold me, but I don't think this is a good way to start my day, especially now that I'm working out more.
Can't use a blender at that hour - are protein drinks something I can prepare the night before, store, and just shake well the next morning? Also, any protein drinks that taste good where I DON'T have to use a blender?
Thanks :flowerforyou:
