Low calorie food

MFP has definitely changed my attitude. I have noticed that since I've been doing this, in contrast to other things I've followed in the past low calorie /low fat ranges don't really feature at all. I just bought a really nice sandwich from the normal range in the supermarket (tandoori chicken with lentil dahl on a flatbread if you're interested) for 408kcal and it was so much nicer, and more filling than a low fat chicken salad under 300kcal type thing. And 400 kcal for lunch (or breakfast for that matter) is no longer something that worries me. Has anyone else found this?

I agree with you on this. I think eating foods with substance get me through the day better0
