Are these exercises calories correct?

I am 64, female, currently 189 lbs. At the gym I love using a machine called Precor, it is a stepper/stair climber type of equipment. I enter my details, do the interval programme with moderate exertion,it tells me that I am using 11.2 calories. It seems rather a lot. I stayed on it for one hour and go over 600 calories. On any other equipment I cannot pass 400 calories for one hour. Do you think it is right?
Thank you.
Thank you.

no, exercise machines calories burns are typically way off ..
if you are eating back exercise calories, I would say just eat back half to be on safe side...0 -
