Don,t try to do it alone. Get a friend to at least talk to and a little friendly compition is good.

    One of my motivation is to go to the community board and read all the great progress everyone is making and their stories and I always go to the progress blogs that really keeps me inspired.

    Make exercise a priority...schedule it in with all of your other "daily to-do's." Inevitably, you will start to eat better...think of "FOOD AS FUEL!" After exercising more, you will also think more about the calories you're eating. It's crazy when you realize how easy it is to eat 200 calories and how difficult it is to burn 200 calories!! It's still tough to battle cravings/binges...(I've been terrible lately, I'll admit). But...exercise will at least help battle back at those calories you eat.
