weight loss and toning

Hi,

I have been doing some research on this, please forgive the repetition.

The females in my family (as much as I know (aunts, mother, sister, grandmother)) have quite large breasts, however, I know that some of them are overweight (my mother and my sister).

When I was around 5"0 and slightly underweight my breasts were size 30-32FF (I also spent most of Saturdays running (5-6 hours)), since then I am eating healthily and have put on some weight to get into the healthy range. I am now 5"4 with 34GG breasts (hips, tummy and thighs got bigger also). I have been measured professionally for those sizes.

If I was to do 30 mins cardio and strength every day and continuing to run for most of Saturdays would I tone up? I was also wondering if I would lose the breasts I have?

Many thanks,
Kututo.

Do less cardio and incorporate more weight training

Lifting/strength training will help you lose body fat, but where you lose the weight cannot be controlled and is often genetic. Even if you lose weight it might not be where you want to lose. I personally lose weight in my upper body/arms first and my lower half loses much more slowly.
