Anyone use a treadmill desk?

Hi - I've new to MFP and looking for anyone in a similar demographic to help share encouragement. I'm 38, mom with 2 kids (8 and 5), work from home and use a treadmill desk (trying to use it more often). If you'd like to connect, please send a friend request!

    How the heck are you able to use a treadmill desk??! I can't even walk quickly and text at the same time, lol. I can read on a treadmill, but that's it.

    I've seen them on TV. At least when I saw them, they walked slowly. Cool!! I wouldn't be able to do that with my current job, but it would be great!

    Just looked up what a treadmill desk was and that's really a great idea for the home office (yay you!) but I can't imagine trying to concentrate on walking and billing or payroll at the same time! :laugh:
