What to eat...

What do you do when you feel like you should eat but your body is telling you it's not hungry?

It's my lunch and I want to eat what I brought from home (salad and 2 turkey burger patties) but my body doesn't want it.

I feel like i'm going backwards if I don't eat.

HELP ME RONDA!! Or anyone for that matter :wink:

    I drink a glass of water and see how I feel in 30 minutes.

    I would wait until I was hungry to eat.

    I don't know if this is good advice for everyone, though. A lot of times people don't detect hunger signals, sometimes long periods of overeating and/or undereating can mess with your body's ability to detect when it's hungry and/or full.

    I realized I was never really hungry at lunch, so I started having 700 calorie breakfasts and having around 150 calories at lunch. All about playing around with the times and numbers.

    Also never wait for my body to be hungry. I'm always satisfied.

    I was feeling that way about 15 minutes ago. I ate anyway. I feel better now. :)

    Thanks guys ...... I took the advice of Go_Mizzou99 and had a glass of water ...just had a tuna sandwich.


    thanks for all the input , hopefully this will not happen again....such a sucky feeling
