need paleo/clean eating support

I realize paleo (grain/gluten/dairy free) and just 'clean' (non processed) eating are not the same but I'm looking to make improvements to my diet and don't do well with complete eliminations on anything. I tend to be of a 'balanced' variety...of course fresh local fruits, veggies, meats, etc is my focus and I'm open to substitutions but this girl has not tasted her last piece of cheesecake! (however it is less processed and a smaller piece at much less frequency).
I developed an iron issue last year (as in had depleted all my reserves). I went on a supplement in the short term to get some back into my system. Level is up but not ideally where I would like it to be and would rather do it naturally that with a pill. So I've had complete blood test/urinalysis run by a chiropractor/nutritionist and currently working on a 'gut heal' and then a 'liver cleanse'. In the end of course he warns against grains (gluten & non) and dairy. So I am looking to add friends who can help me along this journey- offer support, knowledge, experience and recipes.
If you are interested- send me a message or even just add a helpful post here.
Thanks- God Bless!

The most helpful thing I can tell you is to get a second opinion from a real doctor. There is no need to cleanse your liver, do a gut heal, or eliminate any food from your diet unless you have an allergy.0
