Ok, so I got a lot of good suggestions for lunch yesterday, now I want to know your thoughts on breakfast. Now I have been doing greek yogurt since February for my work days (M-F). Its yummy but I feel I am getting burned out on it. I need something easy I can bring with me and not have to much prep once I get to work. Again I have a kitchen with a microwave, fridge and toaster of course. Just looking for something different but of course healthy. I do love the mornings I have time for my smoothies so those are still on the menu. Thanks!

I do omelettes of all sorts. Use egg whites only if you want to scale back the calories. Look at my breakfast for today for example.
Sometimes I whip up an omelette the night before, portion it, containerize it, grab it and go to work. Reheated omelette does great in a microwave.
Warning I am a meat cheese and onion guy with my omelettes - no sure how veggies would fare if made the night before and reheatd later.0 -
Larabars
Mug cakes
Mug omelettes
Mug chilaquiles
Apple and nut butter
Or you can mix up the Greek yogurt by adding mix-ins:
Cereal
Flax seed
Nuts
Banana
