Doctor's Select: Weight Loss 4

So I wanted an ALL NATURAL weight loss supplement or dietary supplement to start taking along with exercise and changing my eating habits. I found a supplement called Doctor's Select Natraceuticals Weight Loss 4, which includes Green Coffee bean extract, Raspberry keytones, garcinia cambogia and white mulberry. So far i love it, it makes me feel like it is cleaning my system out, and im not as lazy and tired as i usually was. Has anyone else tried this for a longer period then 3 days, with any results?

Or do you have any other supplements that you might like?

Your liver and kidney clean you out fine. I find supplements to be unnecessary crutches. I'd rather just learn sustainable habits and form my own motivation without aids...coffee. coffee is the only supplement I need. And willpower

Most of what you're feeling from these pills is a placebo effect. You could load a bunch of sugar pills into the bottle and get the same results. They won't hurt you, but they're not necessary.

I really hope this all natural and organic fad dies a quick painful death. I doubt it will, but I'm holding out hope.

wow y'all are kinda all a**holes. this is suppose to be a supportive community, it was a simple question. I don't need smart a** answers, if you don't have positive and helpful answers then keep the comments to yourself. If you don't even know what the hell I'm asking keep the **** to yourself. I asked if anyone has used it, simple answer should be NO or YES and what you got out of it. Everything else you can honestly shove back up your a** because it doesn't mean **** to me.

Of course it's clearing the pipes, you're taking a bunch of herbal ex-lax.

The only supplements I've heard of doing good are vitamins, but those aren't for weight loss.

You have to understand our perspective, a new thread asking about product "x" is created almost every day, and right or wrong, the consensus here is that they don't work... even if they did, it's not a long-term solution because people don't want to spend money taking product "x" forever.

So after you've seen your 50th product "x" thread, you'll come around too. Don't worry. We'll welcome you with open arms then.

Disagreement =/= anyone is being an *kitten* or being unsupportive. In fact they are being supportive by telling you they don't work. I get what you want to hear is a pat on the back, someone saying it'll work, and you'll do great. You won't get that here because there are no magic pills, this community supports sustainable changes. You aren't going to take those pills every day for the rest of your life so what happens when you stop taking them?

Also, nice keeping it classy there by name calling, which just an FYI is against the TOS. You might want to familiarize yourself with those before you get your strikes and can't post in forums anymore.

Don't be butthurt. You won't find much support for diet pills in this community. Mostly because diet aids come in exactly 2 categories: 1. placebo/completely ineffective or 2. stimulating/harmful to health.

And the people you called "a-holes" actually gave you helpful and positive advice. Save your money and establish healthy eating patterns that you can sustain for a lifetime. If you don't figure it out now, you'll have to figure it out anyway when your pills are gone.

Sorry you didn't get the answers you were looking for. :ohwell:

You must be new to the internet

Anyway, the magic pills all have a disclaimer that they are to be used in conjunction with a sensible diet. AKA they are garbage.

Hate to tell you that if you didn't pick it out of tree, pull it from the ground, or kill it for food, it's not ALL NATURAL. Also, practically all supplements are manufactured by a 3rd party which means that the raw materials aren't as NATURAL as the seller may be claiming. Cross contamination in supplements is VERY COMMON in manufacturing.

Okay I kid, but don't take it personally. It's the internet. You will get lots of actual good information on this site from people who actually know what they're talking about even it something they disagree with you doing. Not personal, just honest.

Sooo.... for people that want to try these pills and think everyone is rude, can you step away and think about this objectively? If you went to the Vitamin Shoppe and was trying to buy a protein powder that claimed it would keep you full for 8 hours and the guy there said, "I wouldn't waste your money on that, there's nothing special in it" would you be pissed? Wouldn't you say, "Thank you kind employee for not letting me piss away my money on something that isn't special?"

Likewise, imagine you are at GNC buying these magical pills and you ask for experience. What if the employee says, "You know, they don't actually have any proven benefits so I wouldn't waste my money on them." Would you call them rude and storm out.

no - maybe you'd have a light bulb moment.

Take what you want but when someone is trying to save me money.... I'm usually grateful.

ETA: Why does it seem like everyone is so freaking sensitive all the time?

I tried the Green Coffee bean extract and Raspberry keytones - separately, not combined in one supplement.
They did nothing. I hope you have better luck and didn't waste your money like I did.

No, I haven't used it or any other weight loss supplement.

I achieved what I wanted by eating less and moving more and that is all.
