5 HTP??

Can anyone share stories with me about your experience with 5 HTP? I have lost 33 lbs so far the "old fashioned way" but sometimes find myself feeling hungry after consuming all my daily allotted nutrition. I took phentermine years ago and hated the side effects.........so any info is much appreciated!
