This is probably a dumb question but if I am suppose to eat 1,900 calories a day and only suppose to burn 1,300 how will I lose the weight?
Thanks 0

what do you mean "only suppose to burn 1,300" ? you will burn your maintenance calories no matter what, if you eat less than your maintenance you should lose weight. The only caveat to this is if you have a long term calorie deficit to large for your body to handle which would force your body to slow down it's metabolic rate, which is why many of us on here caution against creating to large of a calorie deficit.0

At rest you will burn more than 1300 calories/day. Did you set your exercise goal for 1300 calories??, not sure what you are asking.0
