Here I am at it again! I hope that with your help I can succeed to loose some weight! This is my second day and so far not too bad! My problem is soda and late night snacking! I'm going to be a grandma in August and I gotta get my energy to help my daughter with her baby and keep up with work and everything else I do! I CAN DO THIS!!!!!

Welcome! I am new in here too... at it again, or never really finished!! I've had the 'last 10-15 lbs to go for the last year or so (after I lost 20lbs from pregnancy and then gained it back with family issues and depression), then lost them again, and now I've been trying on the last 'few' pounds...
I've been at it for about 3 weeks again, and feeling pretty good about it! I struggle with some negative self-talk and my weekend snacking (wine, crackers and cheese, yummies that get me in trouble), but something clicked this week, I need to stop "starting over' and beating myself about the down times which make me overeat... rather, it's a continuum and I'm worth the work!!
