Full Plate?

Have anyone every tried full plate living? My TOPS group is thinking of trying the program.
I am not sure if it will work for me. It sounds great and healthy, But...Carbs are not really my friend,
high fiber foods usually have a lot of carbs.
Should I follow the group or stick with what I am doing? = Low to no simple carbs, making healthier
choices, recording everything and staying under calorie goal (which seems to be working for me).

I took their classes as a beta tester so they were free. Lots of good information - basically just eat a lot of fiber. But if what you're doing is working for you then I wouldn't be so quick to change it.

I am doing full plate but also keeping carbs from grains down because grains do not suit me well. I get my fibre from veggies, fruits, beans, lentils and nut/coconut flour. I do eat a few Mary's seed crackers which are brown rice, quinoa and flax seed.

Why are carbs not your friend? There is nothing wrong with carbs. DO you have an intolerance, or Celiac or something? If not there's no reason to cut any food group from your diet.
