I just want to be prepared for the future, because we all know at some point a plateau is going to happen when lots of weight needs to come off. So I am curious what your experiences have been. Have you noticed any pattern about how often you've plateaued? does it happen after a certain number of week's or months? Or do you find it happens after a certain number of pounds taken off?
What are you experiences so far?

Thanks for sharing.

My first plateau was about two months in and then I would have another plateau about every 5-6 weeks.

I usually plateau after a few weeks if I don't switch up my workouts or if I am slacking on intensity. So I just pick up the pace or switch it up and that usually helps.

Me, I don't worry about things that haven't happened yet.
And, since everyone is different, comparing my diet to someone else's is
kind of counterproductive, in my opinion.

I never experierenced a plateau, so, as you can see, I'm already different from the first two people to respond.
Some weeks I lost, some weeks I maintained, some weeks I stayed the same.
Overall, however, I experienced a downward trend.

Woth nothing, a true plateau is when your weight loss has completely stalled for no less than 6 weeks.
