Boiling techniques for easy to peel boiled eggs?

    I am an egg white addict, and prefer them boiled. I have very inconsistent results with how easy they peel. Any tips? I often boil 36 at a time.
    Easy way to peel:

    Break the shell on both ends
    Make hold on each side, one the size of at least the size of a dime and the other a penny
    Then blow into the smaller hole and the hardboiled egg pops right out the other side
