So I am pretty much on the newbie end of exercising. Okay walking is great cardio, and you do resistance band for strength training. But that's pretty much where my knowledge ends. So I have begun using the bands only I have no idea if it burns calories or just strengthen. I also was wondering what were some good floor exercises morbidly obese people. I know that the exercises that I do perform with the band are in good form because I asked my physical therapist to so me some exercises and watch me demonstrate them back for her. Help please anyone. -Exercise Knowledge Nonexistent also known as Michelle

Eating a bowl of noodles burns calories. Everything burns calories. Go on YouTube and you will find tons of exercises to do with resistance bands along with the right form to use.0
