Hello all
maybe a stupid question but wanted your views on this
so when you count your calories do you include your exercise calories burned?
for example my daily goal is 1800 calories and if i do cardio i burn around 200 for example
do you still go for 1800 or 2000?

If using MFP recommendations for calorie consumption, then you are supposed to eat your exercise calories too (i.e. the 2000 figure in your example). However, if also using MFP estimates of exercise calories burned, they may be inaccurate. Many people on here recommend eating back half your exercise calories, to allow a margin of error.

that sounds a bit right yes...i usually try and eat the calories recommended and stay below even after the exercise add up

since you are the one suggested the other system apart from MFP i used this to calculate my calories
and yes sounds more logic to actually stay away from calories burned from crdio since the other calculator has indicated the calories needed deeding on the values i entered for exercise per week
as you said most of the times i am just costuming the calories without the ones form cardio/exrcise
thanks for your quick response..glad to have you on my friends:)
