Anyone have advice on eating before lifting at noon? I find that if I eat only breakfast and not something else before noon I don't get as good of a session in. Do folks eat their breakfast than soemthign between 10-11:30 before lifting at noon? Also, do folks recommend eating heavier the night before to prep for an afternoon lift (as opposed to prepping all day for an evening lift)?
Thanks
Thanks

Eat something like fruit with greek yogurt or some carbs+protein 1 hour before your lifting session. Not sure if eating the night before is going to help.0

I lift at noon and I try to eat something about 45 minutes before. Sometimes it's a boiled egg or a cereal bar. Yesterday it was blueberry greek yogurt.0

I eat a snack before my lunch time workout. I eat breakfast at 0700, then a snack about 1000 before a 1100 workout. I do either fruit, a low calorie protein bar or greek yogurt with a half a whole wheat bagel. I feel stronger when I snack before my workout too. I also snack similar to that after my workout to keep my energy level up.0
