There is a user on MFP that has a photo blog on Instagram. Her scale has been "stuck" at the same weight, but her body hasn't.

Check her out. 805 days in a row on MFP.

    YES!
The scale is not the only form of success nor should you ever make it your only measure of success.
I try and only weigh myself on a weekly bases, what I tend to be more concerned with is my waist management. If my waist line keeps shrinking then I know I’m doing well. In fact a while back I was gaining weight but it was because I was gaining muscle mass.
I measure my biceps, forearms, chest, thighs, calves, neck and waist; this way I can more accurately judge if I’m gaining muscle and losing fat. My biceps, forearms, thighs and calves have increase in size and definition while my waist, neck and even the boys have decreased in size, I didn’t measure my face but even that is thinner now.
Try not to get caught up on what the scale is telling you, it’s a dirty liar and it talks behind your back.
    Best wishes,
    DW

The scale isn't as important as how you look and feel. Take measurements and pictures to compare.

Look at this woman. She had an amazing tranformation of her body, without any change in the scale!

    Me me me!!!!

I am feeling good in clothes, looking better in my bathing suit than I have in years! Wearing shorter shorts than I ever thought I would want to.

The scale hasn't budged. And in fact, my inches lost *might* be 1/2 inch in my waist. Maybe. It depends on time of day and how much I pull at it ;)

So glad I have photos and clothes to show me that my life is changing (and my energy level!)because some days it can be defeating otherwise. I agree! Photos!
