Good Afternoon All,
I have a general question. First before I get to it, I should supply some details. I am 31 and I have one daughter. I used to weigh 178lbs back in August of 2013. Then I got up off my butt one morning and decided to do something about it. Which brings me to now and my point and general question. Most of the time I weigh 136-140. When I was in my 20's and weighed this much I wore a size 8 in pants. Now I wear a size 6 and a small in shirts. I run 5x a week, 1.5-2 miles M, W, F, with a 20 minute strength training/cardio set of dvd's that alternate depending on the week. I lift 5-8lb weights during this time. T and Th I run 3 miles with intervals on the treadmill. I also do ab work until it hurts and I can't do anymore which usually takes about 10-15 mins. All of this has resulted in a nice legs, a nice butt, jiggle free arms, and no muffin top. However, it seems like no matter what I do I still have my 'mommy pouch'. It's not huge, but it's there. You can't really tell when I wear clothes or a bathing suit. You can tell when I am naked. Is there any moms out there who have a flat stomach or nearly flat stomach? Or do I just accept that since I am a mom, I will henceforth have a slight kangaroo pouch until the end of eternity... because I think I am okay with that. Possibly lol. Thanks in advance for any insight into kangaroo pouches and trying to lose them, or acceptance of the kangaroo pouch.... that anyone chooses to provide.![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
