im new to my fitness pal i have a lot of weight to lose and could do with losing it pretty quickly,at the moment im hovering between this and slimming world i need to get kick started on a diet. now i know slimming world works but it means giving up a lot of what i love ive been told about this so thought id have a look probem is i dont see how its gona work for me. i have no idea where to start or how many calories i should be eating per day, i want to lose more than a pound a week but im worried that will mean not enough calories to be realistic. does anyone have any addvice they could give me or any tips on how well it works before i fry my own brain thinking about it all......x thanx :indifferent: :ohwell:
