Does somebody have a copy of the workouts for C25K (if its even broken down like that)

I have did p90x and insanity and i thought this would be good to try next

    Yeah I thought Id try....I am in pretty good shape but running anything over 1.5 miles, which the Air Force requires me too, seems to not be fun so I decided to try it and see

    It's the easiest way to build up a healthy mileage base. You might want to look into starting a few weeks into the program since you can already run 1.5.

    Thanks I was thinking the same thing
