How do I log that?

I got those turkey burgers. Nutrition facts on the box say - 4oz raw 160 calories, 3oz cooked (which is basically what it comes down to when cooked) 130 calories.

I logged it raw, I figure it's not the end of the world either way, but this is why calorie counting sucks.

yah like we would eat it raw...jeez.

I would have logged it cooked...that's how it was going down.

ETA: realized that might have sounded rude...I meant that to the manufacturer putting both on....I get why but really??? If I were you I would log it cooked...

I log it raw. I have no idea what standards they were using when they "cooked" it to get the lower calories, but I assume it's letting the fat drip off. Since I cook most things in a pan and I don't intend on measuring whatever leftover grease is there, I'd rather overestimate and assume I ate all the fat calories than underestimate.
