Just wanted to share this article with those who have chronic problems in this area, it was an eye opener for me and I will definitely try to go fiber free for 2 weeks to see if it makes a difference.

Well, after 5 days of significantly decreasing my intake of fiber from 40+ gr/day to now 12-20 gr/day, I feel great, no bloating and no constipation. Keeping it up a little longer!0
