The Last 10 Pounds

Any tips for losing the last 10? I heard it gets harder to lose as you get closer to your goal weight. I have 9 to go and really do notice that the weight comes off in smaller increments.

Is now the time to start cutting out or adding certain foods, exercises etc?

Any tips?

    Just be patient. If you're still losing, I wouldn't change a thing. To me it wasn't harder, just slower because there's less to lose.

    Its the same as losing the first 10, only thing you have less margin for error so you have to be as acurate as you can.
  • The only tip I have is to make sure you have your settings right haha. I've been working on my last 10 for a few weeks (with no success) & just realized yesterday that my goal weight I had input had been reached. Silly me! :)

    Lots of patience! If you’re not losing, then don't be afraid to add different foods or types of exercise to your routine. The adjustment can take time, but you should be fine just as long as you log everything in MFP.
