"Loose" skin question...

So I am about 50lbs down since October with 20 more to go, and while my skin isn't hanging dramatically like some people that have lost hundreds of pounds I have noticed it is a little saggy on my stomach and arms. Is there some exercise I can do to help snap it back into place or is this just a "it will take time" kind of thing.

I do workout 5-6 days a week for a little over an hour and that usually consists of 45 mins on the elliptical and a half hour exercise video of some sort (30DS, Ripped in 30, Hollywood workout, that kind of thing).

Thanks in advance for any advice! :flowerforyou:

there are no skin exercises. keep skin moisturized and give it more time to catch up with your weight loss.

oh, and you might want to start some sort of strength training program. like, now.

Unfortunately not. Use some vitamin E enriched cream, and slowly but surely your skin will tighten. Also ensure what you have is loose skin and not stubborn fat deposits, while you have fat deposits your skin will not tighten up as well as it can..

Maybe you should actually read it before commenting on it. It says what Dav just said..just with a bit more detail/explanation.
