30 Day shred

I am getting the 30 Day Shred videos this weekend. Does anyone know the best way to log it as excercise? It's not fully arerobics. I don't have a HRM or Fitbit.

    I wondered the same thing. Same questions for Pilates, Yoga and a Body Sculpt class. I think I logged it as Circuit training. However, if you can't find that - I'd list it as aerobics since it is aerobics, and aerobics + weights.
