Eating Out

I go out a lot with my friends or my boyfriend and usually end up eating out twice a week or so. When I don't eat out, I usually try to eat dinner before 6 (sometimes it does go to 7), but I know it makes a difference in the way I feel that night and the next day. But when I go out for dinner, it's usually 8 that we meet and 8:30 that we eat. I've been starting to have a smoothie around 5 on nights like this. It fills me up, gives me the fuel I need at the time I need it and encourages me to eat smaller/smarter at restaurants.
