I recently started going to the gym. It may seem silly, but I'm a little lost on what machines to do. I go on the treadmill for 20 minutes follow by the bike for 30 minutes. Should I have a cardio day and weight day? what is everyone's gym routines? Any Advice for me?

That's exactly what I did for a few weeks when I first joined the gym.
Then I realised I needed more help, so I hired a trainer to help me work out a plan based on my goals, and it was great! Now I know what I'm doing, making great progress, and not dying of boredom on the treadmill and bike.
If you can find the cash, try a session with a trainer and see how you get in. For newbies, I think it's really worth it.

not sure which gym you go to and what they offer but I love the group classes. I love the kick boxing and step at my gym. I also go to free weight/strength classes and its nice to have an instructor who can show you how to do the moves when you are just starting out. Good luck!0
