My question is first of all is this accurate? Second it seems like it is being way to conservative and I should be burning almost twice as many calories as it says I do(I stopped recording walks in my diary). What if I want to go rollerblading with my phone in my pocket? I noticed it counted footsteps during that. Am I still suppose to add walks into the exercise diary? Thoughts or advice?
