I saw this from Spartan Race. Thought I'd share. I just completed it for the 1st time today! Fun stuff!!

10 crunches
10 lying leg raises
10 crunches
10 standard pushups +
10 hanging leg raises
10 crunches
10 mountain climbers on each leg
10 crunches
10 bicycle crunches
10 declined push ups +
10 crunches
10 negative push ups +
100 second plank
3 mile run +

Repeat as necessary!
