New :)

Hi everyone! My name is Cassandra, I'm not new to the myfitnesspal app but I am new the forums. I used this app awhile back when I was trying to get in shape and I just didn't stick with it. I'm here giving it my all! I was diagnosised with sarcoidosis last June, and finding a workout routine has been nearly impossible. Although it's tough, Ripped in 30 has been my go to. The workouts are short enough they don't mess with my chest which is always a plus! I'm hoping to stay motivated, because I want to feel better about myself and feel confident. I'm the mother of two wonderful boys, and I really need to be able to keep up. ;) I look forward to meeting everyone! Hoping we can all support each other through our journeys...I could use the support! :)
