Can't seem to lose the weight. HELP

I have been at this for about 8 weeks now and although I have lost a few lbs it just seems like the lbs are not coming off like the should. Any suggestions....

8# in 8 weeks is 1#/week. Looks like you're doing just fine! Are you doing any cardio or strength training?0

Dang 1# a week is great progress man, that's a good steady rate. When you lose weight more aggressively, you also risk losing more muscle as well! Just keep at it and be patient : D. Good work btw.0

A pound a week is a nice, sustainable loss. I'd say you're doing fine. :drinker:0

1 to 2lbs of weight lost a week is great! It is also what's recommended because most people who lose that way have the best short and long term results (like maintenance and skin). This isn't 'The Biggest Loser' so you aren't going to have those dramatized HUGE losses. Those just aren't real! And it's why the majority of them have gained it back. Keep it up with the 1/wk!0
