I recently had several NSV that I just loved. Someone I work with on occasion (every month or two) saw me and told me I looked great (28 lbs down), and I for once in my life listened to my body. I usually run 2-3x a day but my knee was bothering me and rather then keep going and injuring myself like I did last yr (hello weight gain), I just stopped iced it and now have not run in a day and a half. I am pumped I have learned to ignore the fear of the scale in order to be healthy!

Congratulations on your progress so far and for knowing when to take it easy. Injuries are not fun. You did the wise thing.0
