Introducing myself

Hi everyone, I've just started really regularly using MFP this month. I've set what feel like ambitious goals but I see so many around here doing so much more and reading your stories has been really encouraging. I'm particularly interested in discussions of eating well without meat, eggs, or dairy. Right now I am trying to jump start my weight loss by following the medifast plan. I'd love to hear from others that have tried it. I'm pretty active but I've gotten more than a bit out of shape when it comes to running, which is something I'm trying to focus on. I've been lurking for awhile and have seen a lot of great posts and I'm feeling really optimistic that interacting with everyone here will be both fun and weight-lossy!
