I am, but I am not sure if I can use the fat on my body as baby weight since she is turning 4 in two weeks.

I started September 2009 and have currently lost 48 pounds. I exercise 3 to 4 times a week. I have been doing this for over a year and it is the best thing I have ever done for myself...taking care of my body!

    You can do it too!

  • I have a 10 week old. I put on about 55 pounds. I've lost about 25. But I had about 30 to lose when I got pregnant. So I'm looking to lose 60 total. :)
  • Hi!

I have 22lbs from my son (delivered November 2009) and then all the weight I've gained/am gaining this pregnancy.

Plus even though my normal weight before kids was considered a healthy weight, I'd like to drop about 18lbs off of it.

So, with the 22lbs from my son, about 40lbs (estimated) from this pregnancy, and the 18lbs for good measure, I'm looking at 80lbs.

2011 is going to be a LONG year lol.

I am I have two kids 3 year old and a 1 year old. Did not get the chance to loose the baby weight I gained from first pregnancy when I got pregnant with second baby. So now I have a long ways to go but I know I can do it. I just started MFP two weeks ago and started doing p90x a week ago. So far I have lost 3 lbs

I gained about 40 lbs with my baby girl who is now 6 months old. I have been working on this with healthier eating and working out since August. I lost ~25 of the 40 pretty easy and I think it was from breastfeeding. Now I'm trying to kick the last 15 plus another 5. Total lost since having my daughter is about 37 lbs. . .only about 8 more to go to get to where I want to be!

I think the toning part of all this has been the worst! I just want my belly fat to go away!!!

    Best of luck to everyone!!!

That'd be me, too!! :) I have five kids, ages 9 and under. Breastfeeding always helped me, but the older I get, the less it helps. :( My baby is now almost 9 mos. and is recently weaned so I'm getting down to brass tacks to get these last 6 pounds off. I'm at 121, but 115 fits me good. My goal is to be there by Christmas.......I've heard the last five are the hardest. I'd make that the last 10! LOL It's taking me a while, but I'm getting there.

I have 5 kids, last 3 were c-sections, last 2 were over 10 lbs... Not a pretty sight... But with a low cal diet, lots of strenuous exercise and looking at a pic of me at my biggest every day, I lost a lot of weight. ... Oh, and patience!! It takes time
