Asian Inspired Snack
I'm making pumpkin ravioli tomorrow night for dinner and realized I will have TONS of wonton wrappers left over, so I tried a little experiment.
4 wonton wrappers and 1 block of Laughing Cow cheese (I used the onion one, but I think your favorite flavor would work)
I sprayed each wrapper with a little olive oil pam then let them heat in the oven a little (375 for about 3 min). Then put a little cheese in each wrapper, and fold it over like a ravioli. (It might work to make them in a muffin tin also for a slightly more authentic look). Put back in the oven, flipping every few min until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
They taste like little cream cheese wontons and are under 30 calories each.
