Mix 1/2 cup of greek yogurt with 2 tbsp of sweetened bakers coconut flakes and top with 1 whole ripe kiwi chopped (no skin,)

It is very tasty and filling and it packs a whopping 14 gm of protein with only 138 calories!

If you need it a little sweeter 1/2 a pack of splenda would do the trick or a teaspoon of organic honey.

I always get this at a place called "Orange Cup" except they don't use greek yogurt :(

    OMG That sounds awesome!!!

    On a side note, here's my recipe for Greek Yogurt:

    1/2 cup plain greek yogurt, add 1 pack of stevia with 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein shake mix (you should let sit overnight in fridge for optimal yumminess). Then add a handful of almonds for a tasty snack! :) 231 cals

    EDIT: This packs 32g protein

    32 protein, that's great!!!!! That will take roughly 320 calories just to process the protein. Yum yum yum!
