If I accept a friend request will that person be able to see my weight? I don't mind people seeing my weight loss, but not what I actually weigh! Also is the default privacy that no one can see any of your details unless you accept them as a friend or do I need to switch that on?

Thanks!!

The only way that I know of that others can see your weight is if you have a ticker on your profile that shows where you started, where you are at and where you want to get to. I think most peoples ticker just shows how much weight they have lost though.
  • No one will be able to see your weight. I looked at a few people I'm friends with and I didn't see theirs.

I don't think anyone can see any information other than your profile page (click anyone's name in the post below and you'll see what anyone else can see). Even at that, I don't think people can view your exercise or food journals unless you go to your settings, diaries and click on the dot that gives friends permission to see it. I still don't think they can see your weight regardless unless you tell them or have it on your profile page. If it makes you feel any better, most of us are here because we aren't happy with our weight/appearance/health. No one is going to make fun of you or think anything about your weight if we could see it. That's why we are here supporting each other! Hope that helps!
  • Rshunk is perfectly right. Just don't pick the ticker that includes your weight, only the weight loss :) Good luck!
  • Thank you all very much. Good luck to you all. I am trying to recover from baby number two and need all the help I can get!!
