College weight gain

Hello all. I am a new grad who has sadly fell into the freshman "15'' category. Throughout college I have gained a total of 30 lbs and am striving to lose 45. It has been a very challenging journey but I think I am finally determined enough to get back on track. I am having some trouble finding the right workout plan for me being that I am so not a morning person yet many of the fitness classes are offered in the am. Any advice would be appreciated :)
