Cold, warm, hot? Straight, honey or something else? How much lemon per glass I'm trying it straight tonight with 1 whole lemon for 1 and have glasses. I'm not use to the bitter taste yet.

I put either a half or whole lemon (depending on what I'm in the mood for) sliced up in a pitcher of water and drink it cold on ice. I keep re-filling the pitcher using the same lemon until the lemony taste is gone, which is typically around 4 pitchers for me.0

One wedge per one glass over ice, refreshing!! :flowerforyou:0

One freshly squeezed lemon juice add with a glass of lukewarm water, no sugar.
Sour but for the goodness of Vit C and to balance PH in body0 -
I don't.0

I don't either. I prefer plain, but if I add fruit, I like orange.0

I replace the water with vodka0

My dentist told me if you're going to drink lemon water, you should always rinse your mouth with regular water (and might as well drink it) after to avoid too much acid wearing away your enamel. Also, to drink it within 20 minutes of making it, as opposed to a pitcher, to get the nutrient benefits of it.
Me, I just add a couple strawberry slices or and orange wedge.0
