Low-Calorie/High Protein Foods (Can't eat eggs, dairy, ETC.)

Doctors order: I have to give up eggs, dairy, gluten, yeast and casein for 3 months in order to "reset my digestive tract." As a result, I'm struggling to find ways of eating enough protein without going over my calorie limit. Ideas?

    meat, meat, and more meat... What abut Whey, it is dairy based too, but you didn't mention it, just Casein?

    Most whey either has dairy and/or Casein, so yeah, that's off the list too. Yeah, I've been trying to eat a ton of meat, but I have to be careful with that too because of fat and calories.
